Be free and comfortable. Keep your feet flat and rest your arm on a table with your palm facing upward. Wear the cuff and make sure that it’s level with your heart. The ComFit Cuff is designed in such a way that it inflates around your entire arm to avoid incorrect positioning. Avoid talking or moving during measurement.

✅ I am getting an alert while taking the test. What might have raised it?

It happens when your wrist is not parallel to heart level with the proper height alert for consistent and precise readings. The heart guidance feature alerts you if it finds any body movement while taking the reading. In such a case, you need to remove the cuff and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before taking another measurement.

✅ Can I consume something before taking my reading?
